Lisa Speeter Diessner

Lisa is an attorney with Speeter & Johnson and practices primarily in the areas of estate and trust planning and administration, real estate law, taxation and business law.  She has extensive experience navigating personal representatives, heirs and trustees through the complex tax, property and business matters that arise after a loved one passes away or a trust is created.  Lisa also enjoys representing individuals, families and small business owners on a diverse range of personal and business matters.

Lisa graduated magna cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in 2007.  While earning her law degree, she served as an Executive Editor of the William Mitchell Law Review from 2006-07 and as a staff member from 2005-06.  Lisa also worked as a law clerk with Speeter & Johnson from May, 2005 until her admission to the Bar.

As the daughter of attorney Richard H. Speeter, Lisa is proud to be a fourth generation Speeter attorney.  She currently resides with her husband, attorney Peter J. Diessner, and their son and daughters (future fifth generation lawyers?) in Victoria.
